Our Materials
It is not only important to us that our diapers are manufactured in the USA, but also that as many of our fabrics as possible are sourced and milled in the USA or Canada ensuring that the strictest environmental codes and standards of quality and safety are adhered to. Most of our fabrics are NAFTA comliant.
All of our materials meet or exceed the CPSIA lead and phthalates regulations. All of our products are labeled according to the CPSIA standards.
Prints: 100% cotton designer prints manufactured in the USA and abroad.
PUL: Our PUL fabrics are made from 100% polyester laminated with a 1mil polyurethane backing. These fabrics are manufactured in the USA and the laminate backing was developed in the USA.
Microfleece: Our anti-pill microfleece is of the highest quality. It was specifically designed for the cloth diaper industry and is superior in plush-ness, softness, and durability. It is milled in Canada.
Soaker material: Our diaper soaker material is made from microterry. This material is manufactured overseas but is imported and regulated by a company in the USA. It was designed specifically for the cloth diaper industry and it sanitizes easily and dries quickly.
Hook and Loop Tape: We use TouchtapeTM brand hook and loop tape, which is extremely durable and "grippy", which keeps our diapers securely fastened.
Elastic: We use a latex-free polybraid elastic that is extremely high quality and is designed to withstand high-heat laundering.
